How should I store my tea for the best flavour?
To keep your tea as fresh and flavourful as possible, store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and strong odours. Although each bag is individually sealed, we recommend enjoying it sooner rather than later for the best flavour.
Can I drink PlanTea every day?
Absolutely! Our herbal blends are crafted for daily enjoyment.
But if you have specific health concerns, we always recommend checking with a healthcare professional before making any changes to your routine.
Are PlanTea's tea caffeine-free?
Eye Keeper and Cozy Buddy are naturally caffeine-free, making them perfect for any time of the day.
However, a few contain a touch of caffeine from ingredients like Oolong Tea or Black Tea, for those who need a little boost. You can find detailed caffeine information on each product page.
Shipping questions
How long does delivery take?
We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 working days.
We’ll always send you an automated email to let you know when your order is on the way, which will include its tracking information. If you have any concerns about your order, contact us at hello@plantea.co.uk.
Can I cancel my order or return my item?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund orders due to a change of mind or personal taste preferences. We want you to love every sip of PlanTea! However, as tea is a consumable product, we can only offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives faulty or damaged, subject to assessment by our team.
Since all orders are final, we recommend taking a moment to double-check your order before completing your payment to ensure everything is just right. Do you offer International delivery?
We only shipping in the UK at the moment. However, we are working so hard to make the international shipping in the coming future!
What are the delivery charges?
Free standard delivery on all orders over £30
For orders under £30, a shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
